I think they're detectives and they sort of hate each other. There might not be an actual plot but I remember they flex their muscles a lot and there are explosives. The Rock has a cute sassy daughter too.

I am very bad at remembering movies unless there's singing or it's about Dying Hard. Here is what I remember about various films I've watched. I'm pretty sure I spoil nothing.
I heard it was the greatest movie ever. I started it on a plane one time and immediately moved onto a different movie.
