Super Troopers

Jay Chffhdjlfxhkqwdfa and his friends are part of state patrol, which is like a lamer version of being a cop. They are very bad at their jobs but really good at partying and smoking confiscated weed. That becomes important later because there's a monkey on the weed. Their jobs are in peril because the local police are trying to just take over their section of highway.

They befriend a hot lady cop who feel unappreciated at her job because local cops are sexist and she decides to help them. There are various antics including pulling over a bunch of German swingers who are really into threesomes. In the end they bust a bunch of drug lords that use the mokey symbol and they save their jobs maybe? The hot lady cop becomes a state trooper because working for the state government is better anyways.
